ISOLATION GOWNS

Caring Concepts is proud to assist in the fight against COVID-19.  We have been manufacturing reusable/washable isolation gowns in the United States since early April. It has been a successful undertaking and receiving extremely positive feedback.  Earlier in the year, due to a shortage, everyone was scrambling for PPE. It’s going to advantageous to have options to insure that one has an ample supply of gowns on hand in the coming months. And because we make them in the US, we are a highly valuable resource to healthcare providers. Reusable gowns are very cost effective for staff use and will provide extended use for when facilities open up to visitors. They are quality garments and samples are available upon request.

Our cost/use compares very favorably versus disposables and our gowns (L1 & L2) can remain in service and withstand continuous washing cycles similar to that of our untreated gown, reducing the cost/use even more. 

1. 100% polyester one sized reusable gown - washable for continuous use  

   (< 50* washing) $17 ea/ $204 dz (prepack 5 dz/case)  

   @50 washings $0.34 ea  @75 washings $0.23 ea
       * based on past performance of fabric in commercial laundering

2. Level 1 one sized reusable gown - treated with water resistant solution

    and w/Silvadur (eliminates bacteria and odor)

    25 laundering cycles (repellency wash rating) - $19 ea/$228 dz 

    (prepack 5 dz/case)  @25 washings $0.76 ea
   This gown could be used for 25 - 50+ more washings, however, the water

    resistance characteristics will diminish.

3. Level 2 one sized reusable gown - treated with water repellent solution

    and w/Silvadur (eliminates bacteria and odor)
   25 laundering cycles (repellency wash rating) - $20 ea/$240 dz 

    (prepack 5 dz/case)  @25 washings $0.80 ea
   This gown could be used for 25 - 50+ more washings, however, the water

    repellency characteristics will diminish.

All three gowns come in several colors.  It is one sized with elastic cuff and ties at neck and waist and all have 1/2 inch binding around the neck. They completely close in the back eliminating the risk of contamination of the wearer's clothing. Feedback has been extremely positive and staff finds them to be very soft, comfortable, and not heavy in weight. They have preferred wearing our gown versus other reusables available to them.
